Rev. Sharpton will also discuss the need for comprehensive reform to New York’s civil service laws which recklessly allowed Officer Kenneth Boss to be wrongfully promoted

Amadou Diallo was killed in 1999 in a hail of 41 bullets while standing innocently and unarmed in the entry way to his home in the Bronx; Kadiatou Diallo will detail why the promotion is “a stab in the heart”
