WHAT:
On Monday, September 28, 2015, Rev. Al Sharpton and NAN will launch the NAN Technology Academy in at the House of Justice in Harlem. Rev. Sharpton will outline the effort NAN is spearheading to decrease the digital divide and lack of technological resources available in low-income areas. The NAN Tech Academy will provide free 21st century technology based skills and job training to New York City residents. The NAN Tech Academy has already launched in Los Angeles, California and Atlanta, Georgia.
