National Action Network offers condolences to NYPD officer Kevin Brennan who was shot in the line of duty. We wish him a speedy recovery and our prayers are with him and his family.  NAN is working tirelessly on a local and national level to get illegal guns off the street and have partnered with the NYPD on gun buy back programs. The culture of violence is unacceptable and we will continue to fight for stronger legislation and community responsibility.
