WHAT:
On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, outside of the Frank Barone Funeral home, NAN leaders Minister Kirsten John Foy and Rev. Kevin McCall will hold a press conference with the family of Dexter Walters to announce NAN’s involvement in his case. The family will also join Rev. Al Sharpton and NAN on Saturday for their weekly rally and live radio broadcast. After the rally, NAN will lead a caravan of motorcycles and cars to the site where Walters died at Parkside North and Ocean Avenue in front of the tennis courts for a 12:30 p.m. prayer vigil with Rev. Al Sharpton, NAN and the family of Dexter Walters.
