DETROIT, MI – 08/27/12 – Viral you tube video released last week by CNN has civil rights and community leaders locally and nationally calling for immediate action and Justice for the family of Milton Hall. The video that went viral shows Milton arguing and surrounded by police when suddenly officers started to shoot multiple rounds at Mr. Hall who was known by police and community. The community looks for answers as it is been 58 days since the shooting on Sunday July 1st 2012.
Rev. Charles E. Williams II said “My office has received many calls from Saginaw residents and family members of Mr. Hall, with many questions including whether the officers are still working and being paid, 58 days later and still no answers is unacceptable.”
