ICYMI: REV. SHARPTON APPEARS ON THE LATE SHOW WITH STEPHEN COLBERT TO TALK DESANTIS, LOUDMOUTH

Feb 17, 2023

New York, NY (Friday, February 17, 2023) – Rev. Al Sharpton, Founder and President of the National Action Network (NAN), appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to discuss this week’s rally in Tallahassee, the recent police killing of Tyre Nichols, and the highly acclaimed documentary on his life, Loudmouth.

The appearance came just a day after Rev. Sharpton led a protest in Tallahassee against Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’ attempts to erase Black history from the classroom. On Thursday night, he told host Stephen Colbert: “We need to know everybody’s history. And we need to celebrate everybody’s history – not censor it.”
