REV. SHARPTON TO HOST CHRISTMAS DINNER & TOY DISTRIBUTION AT NAN HOUSE OF JUSTICE NEXT MONDAY, GUESTS INCLUDE NATIONAL URBAN LEAGUE’S MARC MORIAL
—NYC & NYS Elected Officials Set to Take Part in Free Meal Distribution, Toy Drive for Harlem Community
New York, NY (December 19, 2023) – Rev. Al Sharpton, Founder and President of the National Action Network (NAN), will host civil rights leaders including the National Urban League’s Marc Morial and city and state elected officials for the annual Christmas Dinner and Toy Distribution at the House of Justice in Harlem. The event has become a Harlem staple, offering a warm community meal for those most in need.
This year’s event follows a successful Thanksgiving community dinner at the House of Justice, which saw Mayor Eric Adams and several other local leaders and elected officials attend. Last year’s highly attended event was the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic guests were welcome to sit down for the Christmas dinner at the House of Justice.
