National Action Network (NAN) and leaders will rally on the steps of the US Supreme Court on Wednesday, December 9^th for the oral arguments in Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin

Affirmative Action case comes at a defining moment for race relations as campuses around the country deal with major diversity protests; this decision could result in a severe reduction of the number of the people of color on campuses already dealing with racial insensitivity
