WHAT:
NAN’s Northeast Regional Director Min. Kirsten Foy announced that Carl Heastie, the newly elected speaker of the New York State assembly will speak at NAN’s weekly Saturday Action Rally that is also broadcast live on radio and livestream.

Min. Foy stated “NAN is happy to welcome Speaker Heastie to join Rev. Sharpton and others at this Saturday’s rally for his first city wide community appearance since making history as the first African-American Speaker of the New York State Assembly.”
