NAN Continues to Feed Harlem During Coronavirus Pandemic—
(New York, NY) — Rev. Al Sharpton, NAN staff and volunteers continued to distribute meals across the country and from their headquarters at the House of Justice in Harlem for those inconvenienced because of the coronavirus shut down. Under the leadership of Katrina Jefferson and Minister Stephan Marshall, over 3000 Hot & Cold Meals were distributed from Harlem alone. Today marks the 121st day of meal distribution and almost 1.3 million meals have been served.
On Saturday, Pastor Carlton Lynch, NAN staff, and volunteers under the leadership of Katrina Jefferson and Minister Stephan Marshall joined Reverend Sharpton in giving out three thousand meals from the House of Justice in Harlem.
Meals will continue to be served every Monday through Saturday from 12pm – 4 pm.
