Justice for Ahmaud Arbery: Join Rev. Sharpton & Prominent Civil Rights Attorneys in Livestream Discussion

(New York, NY) — Ahmaud Arbery was fatally shot while jogging on February 23rd, 2020 by two civilians who pursued him in a car. On Friday, May 8th we will honor Ahmaud Arbery’s Birthday with a discussion celebrating his life, and critiquing the repeated injustice and racial profiling that leads to the killing of black boys and men all over the country when they engage in everyday activities.

Rev. Sharpton will moderate the discussion. Honored guests will include Civil Rights Attorney Benjamin Crump, Attorney S. Lee Merrit, the family Attorney of Ahmaud Arbery, and Wanda Cooper-Jones & Marcus Arbery Sr., the mother and father of Ahmaud.
