Rev. Al Sharpton’s Syndicated weekday radio show celebrates 12 years on the air keeping it real in the pursuit of justice and equality for all.
Today marks the 12th anniversary of Rev. Sharpton’s weekday syndicated radio show, ‘Keeping it Real w/ Al Sharpton’. The show has had everyone from President Obama to James Brown. We mobilized on the air protests from Jena 6 to Trayvon Martin to police brutality.
Rev. Sharpton reflects, “One memorable show is when I debated Imus over his racist statements. We led the charge to fire him. Thank you to my radio team and to all my listeners for the many years of continued support.”
