Wear orange and bring an orange and purple balloon! Let us not make just one month as the only time and month that we try to bring Unity in the Community. Let us stand against violence in the streets every day and in every way. Join us to take action against violence. Join activists, clergy, anti-gun violence activists, youth, and concerned community members for the “Peace in the Streets” at the rosa Parks Square on Saturday, June 26th at 10:00 AM

We will be rallying as a call to action for peace, unity, and Anti-Gun Violence as the weather gets warmer, school is out, and the streets get busier and more dangerous, especially for the youth. This also serves as a response to the countless shootings and acts of violence in the streets of our community, and the continuation of our anti-violence efforts. We must set the tone in and to our community that we are not normalizing violence, it is NOT OKAY that so many children, men, and women have shed innocent blood and/or lost their lives as a result of gun violence or senseless violence. Take action against gun violence throughout the month and year.
