Join the Richmond, Virginia NAN Chapter for a community fellowship filled with love, giving, celebration, and education.
The 1000 book bags campaign aims to provide book bags, school supplies and clothes for children and their families with assistance for the upcoming school year. Local organizations will be available to assist
those families that may require long-term assistance. For those that have not yet registered to
vote, the Richmond VA Chapter NAN will assist adults with voter registration and the
importance of the vote. This will be a day to celebrate and to educate the community
Date and Time of Event: Saturday August 4, from 1-5pm (Rain or Shine)
Location: The main drop-off location will be at at Sharon Baptist Church in
Richmond, Virginia located at 500 East Laburnum Avenue. There will also be additional drop-off locations. Please see attached flyer for specifics.
