CIVIL RIGHTS LEADER REV. AL SHARPTON TO ATTEND HEARING FOR ATTORNEY GENERAL NOMINEE JEFF SESSIONS ON TUESDAY & MEET WITH THE CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS ALONG WITH OTHER CIVIL RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS

 

Calling Sessions unfit to the head the Justice Department, Rev. Sharpton will join other civil rights leaders to protest the hearings and demand that elected officials reject his nomination, as well as question them for not delaying the hearings. He will meet with the Congressional Black Caucus and Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) to demand action against Sessions.
