Fellowship and recognition of members who participated on the National mobilization team was held 4:00 p.m. on May 21, 2017 at New Beginning Baptist Church, Macon Georgia where Rev. James K. Baker is the Pastor and Vice President of the Middle Georgia Chapter.
Donut certificates sale (Each member is asked to sell 10 certificates @ $6.00 each. Report will be made at the monthly meeting June 3, 2017 at 12 noon New Beginning Baptist Church. This is to get seed money to help with convention expenses.
Middle GA NAN Conference will be held August 3, 4, 5, 2017 with opening session Thursday, August 3, at 7 p.m. The chapter is asking that Rev. Sharpton be invited to bring the opening message. The committee also would like for Rev. Toon to be invited as one of our national guest.
Ministers’ & Community leaders luncheon, Friday, August 4, at 12 noon Union Missionary Baptist Church where Rev. David Stanley is the Pastor. Tickets for the luncheon will be $25.00 Rev. James Baker will chair this committee. Committee members will include: Ms. Jacquelyn Fuller, Mrs. Judy Baker, Rev. Bobby Brown, Mrs. Brown and Dallas Anderson.
Women’s luncheon August 5, 2017 Committee members are Frankie Lewis, Maria Bryant, Sarah Hunt, Monica Aldridge and Commissioner Elaine Lucas. Suggested locations for the Women’s luncheon is the Holiday Inn Conference Center or Bishop Cotton Fellowship Hall.
