Black Commuters’ Guide to Brooklyn

The guide warns Black commuters who travel to Brooklyn about subway stations where anti-Black policing occurs. The guide identifies Captain Keith Shine and NYPD Transit District 33 as being responsible for some of the worst instances of anti-Black policing in subways.
